Job Description

The Data Analytics & Reporting Manager is responsible for influencing business strategy through data and analytics. This position is also responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Data Analytics & Reporting Team and accountable for the delivery of the team's various goals and objectives. The Data Analytics & Reporting Manager will be responsible for data intake from various enterprise systems, management of this data within a data lake, developing reports and dashboards, driving and presenting business insights, and continuous data improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the end-to-end data analytics and reporting process, from data intake to data management to data reporting, ensuring data accuracy and reporting consistency throughout

• Provide thought leadership on improving data quality, optimizing visualization tools and reporting, leveraging AI and automation, and driving strategic business insights

• Function as the key point of contact for the Data Analytics & Reporting Team for work underway and new initiatives that support evolving business needs

• Interface with Procurement colleagues, business stakeholders, and senior leadership on a regular basis to discuss key initiatives, provide data insights, and ensure delivery of business objectives

• Identify and execute on process improvement opportunities that drive efficiency, improve data quality, enhance business insights, and better support our various stakeholders across the enterprise

Preferred Qualifications

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Business, Economics, IT or related field, or equivalent experience

· 7 years of data and analytics experience
 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

· None
 

Functional Skills

· Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
· Experience with different data management tools (preferred) 

· Experience in different programming languages (preferred)

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· Strong leadership skills

Travel

· Departmental meetings are expected to occur in Chicagoland or Charlotte, NC. Required to travel as needed.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $112,000.00 - 196,750.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
