Description

At monday.com, we help teams get more work done. We are the best AI work platform that empowers teams to automate, build, and scale their impact end-to-end with tools that actually execute the work for you. With over $1B in ARR, 250,000+ customers, and a global team, we’re serious about building a product people love to use and giving our employees the same ownership and flexibility to shape the way the world works.

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Revenue Core Analytics team. This team is central to our revenue strategy, providing the data and tools that guide decisions impacting hundreds of millions in revenue.

In this role, you will do more than just build reports. You will own the end-to-end data lifecycle, from defining business logic and ensuring data integrity to building automated workflows. You will act as a bridge between high-level business goals and technical execution, working closely with BI and BizTech teams to ensure our data is modeled, accessible, accurate, actionable, and visible.

About The Role
  • KPI & Metrics Ownership: Define, document, and maintain core Revenue KPIs. You will be responsible for creating and protecting a Single Source of Truth across the organization.
  • Data Modeling & Design: Design robust data structures that support efficient reporting. You will ensure that our business logic is scalable and reflects how the company actually operates.
  • Internal Tools & Automation: Build interactive data applications and develop automated workflows using AI tools to streamline data processes for our stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Knowledge: Maintain high-quality technical and business documentation. You will treat "knowledge" as a product, ensuring all data logic is transparent and easy to follow.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Revenue Analyst, or BI Analyst (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Advanced SQL skills and extensive experience querying data warehouses (such as Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or BigQuery).
  • A solid understanding of how to structure data for complex business reporting and scalability.
  • A "big picture" mindset with the ability to understand how data supports stakeholders and impacts company-wide goals.
  • Hands-on experience with n8n, Streamlit, Cursor, and Python is a significant advantage.
  • Experience building documentation and technical guides using Markdown (.md) is a plus.
  • Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and simply.
  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English - a MUST
