Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with deep expertise in SQL and Power BI to drive enterprise-wide data initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex data challenges, building scalable solutions, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You’ll play a pivotal role in automating data processes, standardizing data across platforms, and delivering enterprise-grade analytics solutions that support strategic goals.

 

Location: Hybrid/Remote, United States

Salary Range: $80,000.00-$93,000.00

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Design and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to business leaders and operational teams.
  • Implement row-level security, DAX measures, and performance tuning for large datasets.
  • Lead efforts to standardize data definitions, formats, and governance across disparate systems and platforms.
  • Build and optimize automated data pipelines to reduce manual effort and improve data reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
  • Support enterprise initiatives by integrating data from a variety of platforms and business systems.
  • Document workflows, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and transparency.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL (complex joins, performance tuning, data modeling).
  • Advanced experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data visualization best practices).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and integration strategies.
  • Proven experience in automating data workflows and building scalable analytics solutions.
  • Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and master data concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Azure Data Services.
  • Exposure to cloud-based data warehousing and big data technologies.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and enterprise project delivery.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of insurance, financial services, or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Informatica is also a plus.
