- Business Partnership, Stakeholder Management & Project Leadership: Collaborates with internal stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, business questions, priorities, and success metrics. Manages stakeholder expectations, aligns on scope and timelines, and communicates progress and risks effectively. Structures ambiguous requests into well‑defined analytical approaches and leads projects end‑to‑end, determine the appropriate strategy and technical approach to deliver the outcome.
- Data Acquisition & Quality Assurance: Sources, integrates, and prepares structured and unstructured datasets from multiple systems. Evaluates data quality, accuracy, and completeness; identifies anomalies and ensures analytical readiness.
- Advanced Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyzes historical data to identify trends, patterns, and key drivers using advanced analytical methods. If others are presenting a body of work, they should be able to provide feedback and serve as an interested and engaged collaborative member of the team.
- AI‑Enabled Analytics & Data Curation: Leverages artificial intelligence–based tools and techniques to curate, enrich, and analyze structured and unstructured data, improving analytical depth, scalability, and speed of insight generation.
- Visualization & Storytelling: Develops clear, compelling visualizations, dashboards, and presentations that translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for business partners.
- Reporting & Process Ownership: Designs, owns, and maintains recurring analytics and reporting processes, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Additional Contributions: Participates in special projects and performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Serves as the analytics expert on cross-functional teams for large strategic initiatives.
- Minimum of five years of related analytics, data, or business intelligence experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Hands-on experience using SQL, Python, Tableau, and AWS to source, analyze, and communicate insights from data.
- Success in this role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams, beyond direct analytics reporting relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new data domains quickly
Preferred skills
- Familiarity with GitHub and version control practices (e.g., collaborating through pull requests, code reviews, and maintaining reproducible analytical work).
- Experience applying advanced analytical techniques in a professional setting, such as predictive modeling, forecasting, clustering, or other statistical/ML methods.
- Prior exposure to experimentation and measurement (A/B testing or quasi-experimental approaches)
