We are seeking a strategic analyst to join our GR&S Data and Analytics team, responsible for developing analytical strategies to identify risk trends. This role transforms complex data from the Risk 360 Data Lake into compelling stories and actionable insights.
The role requires a blend of advanced analytical skills, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in advanced analytics, experimentation, proficiency in generating actionable insights, and experience with data visualization tools to create impactful reports and dashboards. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with senior stakeholders and conveying complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. Additionally, the ability to prioritize projects and maximize value delivery is crucial. Key responsibilities include designing executive-level dashboards, delivering advanced analytics, and fostering a data-driven culture through strong stakeholder engagement and data governance.
As a Data Analytics Lead in GR&S D&A, you will
- Drive strategic initiatives that elevate enterprise risk analytics capabilities and align with GR&S objectives.
- Optimize data governance to ensure integrity, compliance, and consistency across risk reporting platforms and analytics ecosystems.
- Embed analytics into risk appetite frameworks and resiliency planning to strengthen enterprise risk management.
- Use advanced analytics to detect latent and emerging risks by correlating internal signals with external trends and develop predictive models to identify emerging risk patterns.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by translating complex data into actionable narratives for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets from Data Lake to uncover insights and support decision-making.
- Create compelling data stories to communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership.
- Design and deliver executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business goals.
- Foster a data-driven culture through relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all analytics initiatives.
- Solve complex and ambiguous problems with innovative analytical approaches.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data analytics. Experience in risk analysis is highly desired.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to solve big and ambiguous problems using data-driven strategies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining advanced statistical models to estimate the effectiveness of marketing tactics and predict future performance.
- Experience with tools and technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, Dremio, AWS.
