Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal partners to understand business strategy, translate requirements into analytical projects, and lead them to completion.
  • Leverage data from various engagement and transactional sources to develop insights, recommendations, and reporting.
  • Acquire, compile, and validate the quality of structured and unstructured data. Analyze client data to identify trends and patterns that impact the client experience.
  • Develop, own, and manage recurring analytical requests and reporting processes.
  • Prepare and deliver visualizations and presentations that translate insights into actionable solutions. Communicate recommendations to stakeholders across the organization, including senior management.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data analytics, customer experience, and financial services.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Strong financial and investment acumen preferred.
