AT A GLANCE

RVO Health is looking for an experienced professional to join our Quit For Life Data Analytics team. In this role, you’ll be challenged to help shape our analytics strategy while executing on high-priority data efforts – all in line with our broader mission of supporting members on their quit journeys. You will be responsible for scoping technical projects, building relationships with stakeholders to best support the business, manipulating and analyzing data, and mentoring other data analysts within the organization. 

The ideal candidate will utilize their strong analytical skills to provide data support from architecture and modeling through to visualization and insight development. This role requires a proactive personality, extremely analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent time management and communication skills.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Fort Mill, SC office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do
  • As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll execute important technical projects that help push the business forward.
  • Conduct analyses, build scalable analytics infrastructure and dashboards, create reports, and enable our business partners and clients to best make decisions using our data.
  • Partner with business leaders to work effectively across multiple technical teams to solve problems. You’ll play a pivotal role in building a positive culture across different areas of the organization.
  • Autonomously leverage an advanced analytical toolkit, executing complex analyses, visualizations and storytelling
  • Amplify your influence by driving development of junior team members through mentorship and coaching on both technical skills and strategic business skills
  • Interact with senior leadership to provide data driven recommendations to executives to help shape our Quit For Life strategy.
What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience writing SQL, solving problems with data 
  • Experience with visualization tools either Looker and/or Tableau to build dynamic/scalable dashboards and reports.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working well with business stakeholders. Experience working in a corporate environment. 
  • Ability to write SQL queries against complex databases for data extraction
  • The foresight to build data architecture to answer current and future questions using analytics layers in SQL, LookML etc
  • You’re invested in the strategic vision of more than just the analytic function. You can methodically understand business context and can clearly articulate the “why” behind any proposed solutions to the data team
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to leadership
  • You have a deep analytical background - extensive hands-on experience executing complex analyses to drive recommendations
  • You take pride in learning and becoming an expert source of knowledge on a particular subject. You are a valuable asset to bring into any conversation because you have a strong pulse on how many aspects of the organization work.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $97,000 - $120,000
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
