Over the last two-plus decades, points and miles have evolved into a multi-billion-dollar industry. Exact numbers aren’t published, but it’s estimated that $300 billion in award points are issued every year. For context, that’s on par with the GDP of Greece!

Join us and be part of a fast-growing company where your work will make a real impact  on the future of award booking. We offer competitive salaries, meaningful equity, comprehensive health coverage, and the opportunity to work fully remotely as part of a distributed team.

The Position

We’re looking for a Growth and Marketing Analyst to join our BizOps and Analytics team. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Marketing, Growth and Product teams to uncover opportunities across our funnel, measure the impact of everything from campaigns to experiments, and drive data-informed decisions that accelerate point.me’s trajectory.

What You'll Do

Marketing Analytics

  • Own and improve core metrics reporting (CAC, LTV, attribution, churn, funnel conversion), making them accurate, trusted, and actionable.
  • Partner with Marketing leads to evaluate campaign and channel performance and recommend where to scale, pause, or optimize spend.
  • Translate performance data into clear dashboards and recommendations that inform budget allocation and growth priorities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to instrument and QA event tracking, ensuring user journeys are measurable end-to-end.
  • Support forecasting and scenario planning, connecting marketing performance to company-level revenue outcomes.

Experimentation & Growth Analytics

  • Analyze experiments (A/B tests, campaigns, funnel optimizations) and deep-dives into user behavior and cohorts to uncover opportunities for sustainable growth.
  • Turn findings into clear recommendations that improve acquisition, retention, monetization, and channel mix.
  • Optimize the marketing tech stack and data flows to ensure integrations and tracking remain accurate and reliable.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Partner with Analytics Engineering to transform raw data into clean, decision-ready datasets.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that expand access to trusted growth data across the company.
  • Standardize reporting and definitions so teams share a consistent view of performance.

Who You Are

  • 5–7 years of experience in growth, marketing, or business analytics (startup or technology company strongly preferred). Bonus for experience with D2C or subscription business models.
  • Strong grasp of LTV, CAC, attribution, churn, and funnel metrics with the ability to translate them into actionable growth decisions.
  • Strong SQL and hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Omni), including explore and dashboard development.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Slides for analysis and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with event-level data and event tracking systems (e.g., how to QA tagging, diagnose tracking issues, and communicate fixes to engineering).
  • Comfort working with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake experience a plus).
  • Experience with experimentation design and analysis (A/B tests, campaign measurement, funnel optimization).
  • Familiarity with marketing technology and analytics platforms (e.g., Pendo, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Segment, Hightouch, Iterable, Google Tag Manager).
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are a creative, data-driven problem solver with tenacious curiosity and prior experience supporting Growth and/or Marketing functions in a startup environment.
  • You operate with an ownership mindset and enjoy bringing structure to ambiguous problems.
  • You are a strategic thinker who enjoys the challenge of rolling up your sleeves and extracting insights from messy datasets.
  • You are energized by cross-functional work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Bonus: you have a foundational understanding of credit card points & miles and/or award travel, or a strong desire to quickly learn about the space.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with DBT or Python to speed up advanced analysis.
