True Zero is seeking a Dashboard Specialist to develop clear, repeatable visual reporting for the VA Zero Trust acceleration effort. The role transforms validated maturity and implementation data into decision-ready scorecards, dashboards, trend views, and executive visualizations.
Position Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain visual components of Monthly Maturity Scorecards and supporting executive dashboards.
- Create visualizations for maturity trends, implementation progress, gaps, dependencies, risks, and capability-weighted priorities.
- Partner with data engineering personnel to automate refreshes and maintain consistent metric definitions.
- Design views that support both enterprise-level conclusions and drill-down analysis by pillar, capability, or implementation wave.
- Validate dashboard content against source data and maintain documentation for metrics, filters, and calculation logic.
- Support quarterly maturity reports, assessment summaries, gap analyses, and implementation reporting with clear visual decision support.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Three or more years of dashboard, business intelligence, or data visualization experience.
- Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics platforms.
- Experience translating complex technical data into concise executive visualizations.
- Strong data quality, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with cybersecurity metrics or Zero Trust maturity reporting.
- Experience with Federal executive reporting.
- Experience integrating dashboards with automated data pipelines.
