Job Description/Your Role at Dynatrace:

We are looking for a Business or Computer Science student with junior or senior level standing to join us this summer on our D1 team. This is a full-time, paid internship.

Responsibilities:

  • Create Product EOL strategy and processes
  • Build automations and AI to manage the EOL processes for our Products

The D1 Intern will partner with VP Operations, Directors of Operations, Data Science, ML Engineers, and Directors for Support, Services, and Customer Success here and will gain hands-on industry experience in the Engineering field.

What will help you succeed
  • Education: Currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Information Systems
  • Work experience: 0-1 Years.
  • Considering a career in Technology
  • Familiar with one or more of the following technologies:
    • LLM/AI
    • Python
    • Java
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment.

Compensation and Rewards
  • $26/hour
  • Full-time: 40 hours/week
  • 10 weeks: June 8th - August 14th
  • Hybrid
