Group Summary:
The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform Daily Cycle Counts, research inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory and location reports.
  • Open cartons, bundles, and other containers to count items and/or weigh materials to determine quantity on hand.
  • Assist in determining root causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities to promote First-In, First-Out
  • Provide feedback to management on mis-located parts.
  • Assist all Warehouse Drivers in locating materials, as required.
  • Provide daily Production Schedule for Punch and Weld Lines.
  • Participate in the Engineering Change process as it relates to the Material function.
  • Participate in meetings with engineering team to ensure changes are on time and complete.
  • Maintain Plan for Every Part (PFEP) Database, as required.
  • Drive PMHV, specifically a picker.
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs and activities.
  • Always maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Cycle Counter Team Member
  • Always follow all safety rules and regulations and report any accident, injury, or near miss to your supervisor immediately and report any unsafe work conditions in the workplace.
  • Strive to meet or exceed departmental performance objectives on a daily basis as directed by Management.
  • Any other tasks or projects may be assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
  • Submit cost reduction and innovation ideas.
