H.B. Fuller is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our global IT team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting security technologies that protect our systems, networks, and sensitive data. The ideal candidate will lead efforts in network security, cloud protection, and Zero Trust architecture, while also supporting broader cybersecurity initiatives, mentoring team members, and contributing to M&A integration strategies.
This position reports to the Director of Cybersecurity and collaborates closely with global IT teams, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and support of host, network, and cloud security technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, email/web security)
- Design and implement Zero Trust network access, segmentation, and SASE strategies
- Manage and enhance global monitoring and SIEM systems
- Respond to and investigate security incidents, vulnerabilities, and malware threats
- Collaborate on IT/business integration projects, including M&A activities
- Research and evaluate emerging security technologies and trends
- Maintain and improve security documentation, policies, and procedures
- Mentor junior cybersecurity engineers and present to business leadership
- Participate in on-call rotation and resolve support tickets with internal and external partners
- Ensure compliance with change control, configuration management, and CMDB accuracy
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of IT experience with a strong cybersecurity focus
- Deep knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, endpoint security, and cloud security tools
- Experience with Microsoft EMS E5 (e.g., Intune, Azure Information Protection, Cloud App Security)
- Familiarity with DLP, PKI, vulnerability management (e.g., Tenable, Rapid7)
- Strong understanding of OSI model and ITIL processes (incident, change, asset management)
- Ability to diagnose and respond to complex security incidents and system malfunctions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Cisco security technologies (ASA, FTD, Umbrella, Email Security)
- Familiarity with SASE, SIEM, ATP, and advanced threat protection systems
- Security certifications such as CISSP, SANS, CCNA/CCENT
- Knowledge of security standards (SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST, UCF)
- Understanding of protocols such as SIP, HTTP, SSL, and WLAN

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $84,000 - $110,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
