This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.
This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting.
The anticipated term of this engagement will be 8 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.CRM Engagement SpecialistThe CRM Engagement Specialist serves as the business liaison between the Wealth Distribution business and IT, supporting the processes associated with the Client Relationship Model (CRM) transformation strategy and execution. This job works closely with the business and key stakeholders to ensure the CRM is an effective tool to manage and grow existing and new relationships and monitor the client experience.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Supports the CRM transformation strategy and the execution of this strategy, with an emphasis on optimizing the technologies and processes to drive a seamless associate and client experience.
- Represents the Wealth Distribution business in reinforcing the need for the CRM transformation strategy to increase the integration and efficiency of technological partnerships and sales tools.
- Serve as a support liaison between Wealth Distribution leadership and IT partners within workstreams to drive innovation in technology tools & processes.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and develops strong relationships with program leadership, sponsors, and workstream leaders.
- Supports leadership by staying connected to trends in the business and industry pertaining to the development of the CRM transformation strategy.
- Demonstrates ability to make recommendations of new techniques for addressing client needs and attracting new business.
- Monitors the associate and client experience through the CRM transformation.
