  • Develop and maintain integrated data conversion and cutover plans, including critical path analysis, readiness checkpoints, rehearsals/mock cycles, and contingency planning.

  • Own regional cutover execution, including governance processes, runbooks, readiness dashboards, and go/no‑go recommendations.

  • Provide executive‑level status reporting on schedule health, risks, mitigation plans, and decision escalations.

  • Coordinate post‑go‑live hypercare activities, ensuring issues are triaged, tracked, and resolved through stabilization.

  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and embedding them into repeatable deployment standards, playbooks, and templates.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree with 2 years of Information Systems experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of Information Systems experience.

  • Proven experience leading ERP data conversion and migration across multiple business domains, including profiling, mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover support.

  • Demonstrated success leading workstreams in matrixed, cross‑functional environments.

  • Strong project and program management capabilities, including structured planning, dependency management, risk and issue mitigation, and executive‑ready communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

  • Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS), Informatica, or SAP MDG.

  • Experience supporting large‑scale or global ERP implementations across complex system landscapes.

Technical Experience

  • 4+ years delivering complex data solutions using master data platforms, migration tools, and data governance technologies.

  • Hands‑on experience integrating data from multiple ERPs and legacy systems to support a single source of truth.
