Key Responsibilities:

This position is for a Customer1/Business Analyst to translate the needs and issues identified by the business into technology solutions in the Customer1 CIS application. This requires the analyst to understand the underlying business need, assess the impact of the need, capture, analyze, and document requirements and support the communication and delivery of those requirements to the users and the IT development team.

This includes the following business functions:

  • Technical and Functional Subject-Matter Expert (SME) Support of Customer/1 application

  • Requirements Gathering

  • Functional Analysis

  • Documentation of Functional Requirements

  • User Approval and Sign-Off of Requirements

  • Development of User Acceptance Test Plan

  • Development of Post-Production Verification Requirements

  • Functional and technical support of UAT Testers and Developers

  • Support/analysis of production abends and end user application issues

Must have Customer/1 skills in the Billing functional area.

Cross-project Application Sr Architect in Customer/1 Billing to provide cross-Portfolio Product Architect Support for the Customer/1 Practice.

Will be primarily staffed year 1 on Ameren but expected to act as SME and Functional Architect in Billing across the Capability. Providing support across the full portfolio of Customer/1 projects teams for complex projects and issues support. Example Projects: PPL, SoCo, Ameren, National Grid, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience

  • Customer 1 Billing, Finance

  • COBOL Mainframe

  • 40-60% in office onsite per week if local to the Tampa Bay area

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business requirement analysis

  • Conversion metrics activities

  • Managing a team project

  • Leadership Skills

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
