Role Overview

As an ECP Trainee at GE Aviation, you will be assigned to support a team of GE specialists working in the Saudi Technic MRO facility across multiple shop disciplines, this will be done on a rotational basis over the two-year program. As the traineeship progresses, you will be expected to accept greater responsibilities until you are able to assume a lead role in a specific customer engagement activity, this will be done later in the program, with activity to be chosen based on business priorities at the time.  You will cover different contents in the following areas during your first rotation:  

  • Shopfloor processes (engine strip & build)
  • Training needs assessment
  • Standardized engine tracking and communication
  • Development of performance metrics
  • Gate 0 tracking, focusing on on-time arrival & timely engine induction.
  • Working to support the GE Operations Consultant & Senior MRO Program Manager

The Ideal Candidate

  • Saudi National
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferably in Engineering
  • Recent Graduate or graduate with less than 1 year of experience and passionate about Aviation Industry
