We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to clients and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. This position is essential to maintaining client satisfaction and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and determining the best solution

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all correspondence

  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure client needs are met

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

  • Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
