- Assist clients with scheduling lawn maintenance, landscape installations, and seasonal cleanups
- Coordinate with field crews and communicate updates or changes to clients
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary
- Provide information on pricing, service packages, and promotions
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
