Veta Virtual is hiring a Customer Support Specialist – E-commerce & Hardware for one of our fast-growing clients in the professional lighting and gear space. You’ll handle customer inquiries, part replacements, and product support — ensuring a smooth, professional experience every time.

🔑 Your Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll help customers troubleshoot product issues, manage returns and replacements, and keep support tickets on track. Your day-to-day includes:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via HubSpot or Zendesk.

  • Managing part replacements, warranty requests, and shipping updates.

  • Supporting return processes, including serial number checks and hardware issue documentation.

  • Communicating clearly and empathetically with customers using a North American tone.

  • Escalating complex customer support cases appropriately.

  • Logging your actions clearly and following set workflows.

  • Working with product images or video attachments for support context.

  • Meeting a 24-hour first-response time and ensuring high-quality replies.

What You’ll Need:

  • Fluent written English and strong communication skills.

  • Experience using help desk platforms (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot).

  • Strong internet connection and ability to work with multimedia attachments.

  • Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce workflows (e.g., replacements, tax-exempt orders).

  • Ability to follow SOPs and document actions precisely.

  • Fast learner with product SKUs and part numbers.

  • Tech-savvy, organized, and proactive with follow-ups.

  • Professional, friendly, and customer-first mindset.
