About your role

Rocket Lawyer is looking for a talented Customer Support Representative who can thrive in a fast-growing environment. The person in this position will help expand our contact center support, working directly with customers, and will require significant time on the phone. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and genuinely enjoy helping people.We foster an environment of diversity with strong company culture and offer remote flexibility.

How you will make a difference day to day

  • Answer inbound calls from prospective or current customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and provide additional assistance.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience providing customer service over the phone in a call center or similar environment.
  • Polished and professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls.
  • Punctuality and consistent attendance are required.
  • Flexible availability for overtime or weekend hours, as needed.
  • Friendly, patient, and skilled on the phone, with a helpful demeanor.
  • Energetic, highly organized, and able to take ownership of issues with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail.
  • Maintains professional and respectful behavior when addressing the concerns of irate or frustrated clients.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift in either a seated or standing position, depending on personal workspace setup.
