How you will make history here…

You’ll be the voice behind the service—ensuring our customers receive accurate, timely, and thoughtful support throughout the entire order lifecycle. By building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service, you’ll help shape the customer experience and contribute directly to Campbell’s reputation for reliability and excellence.

What you will do

  • Manage the full order lifecycle from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and inventory availability

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and urgency

  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Distribution teams to ensure seamless execution

  • Track and improve key service metrics such as order fill rate, on-time delivery, and invoice accuracy

  • Support accounts receivable functions, including deduction resolution

  • Provide backup support to teammates and contribute to team-wide success

Who you will work with…

You’ll report to the Customer Supply Chain Manager, and work alongside a team of five customer supply chain analysts. You’ll interact daily with Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Transportation teams, as well as external customers across grocery and snack accounts.

What you will bring to the table… (Must Haves)

  • High school diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities

It would be great if you have… (Nice to Have)

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or high-volume customer environments

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • SAP experience

  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$41,000-$59,000

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
