Description
As a Customer Success Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the Customer Success (CS) team's operational effectiveness and scalability. This position is ideal for someone with an eye toward data analysis, process improvement, and operational rigor. You will work closely with our CS Leadership team and Manager of Customer Success Programs and Operations to build and maintain reporting, improve operational workflows, and support key Customer Success initiatives.
Location
This role will be remote-first (work from home), but the candidate must be based in Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Analytics: Create, maintain, and improve reporting for the Customer Success team using tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and BI platforms.
  • Forecasting Support: Help maintain weekly operational processes around revenue forecasting by creating and verifying reports.
  • Data Hygiene: Collaborate with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams to resolve CRM discrepancies and ensure accurate and reliable data across systems.
  • Resource Planning: Assist in informing and maintaining the resourcing and coverage model for the Customer Success team.
  • Platform Support: Contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of our CS-owned customer success platform.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance team performance. Smoke testing when needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms (e.g., Planhat, Gainsight) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

This is a non-exempt position, which means you are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws. The compensation for this position is commensurate upon experience, with a range between $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 USD in on target earnings
