Who you areMetropolis is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our AeroParker team. AeroParker is a Metropolis Technologies company providing an e-commerce software platform for airport parking reservations which is rapidly expanding with clients in Europe and North America. The AeroParker team is dedicated to offering remarkable user experiences for our clients’ customers, delivering a solution that drives engagement and increases parking and other revenue for airports, cities and ports.
This role will focus on supporting and managing relationships with our US-based airport clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and helping clients maximize the value of AeroParker’s platform. Working cross-functionally, you’ll coordinate updates, assist with billing, and promote product adoption to drive efficiency and long-term success. This is a remote position with required travel.
What you'll do- Maintain regular communication and build long-term relationships with our US-based clients, serving as a trusted advisor
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our existing clients, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their unique business objectives
- Optimize client satisfaction and product adoption by ensuring clients fully leverage AeroParker's features, resulting in better operational efficiency and profitability
- Manage the resolution of support inquiries from US clients, facilitating collaboration with internal teams, providing expert guidance, and assisting with updates to parking inventory and pricing
- Provide demos to clients and promote premium features to current US-based clients
- Create quotes, follow up on invoices, and assist with month-end billing
- Travel periodically for on-site client engagements and participation in industry conferences across the USA, fostering critical relationships and representing AeroParker within the market
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success/Client Success role
- Experience working with airports and airport systems, ideally with a background in ecommerce or online reservations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to champion clients' needs and influence product roadmaps
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to travel as needed to client sites across the US
- Willingness to work occasional irregular hours to accommodate US and UK time zones
- Previous experience working with a Software as a Service (SaaS), experience with an online booking engine preferred
- Understanding of the software delivery cycle in an agile setting
- Close proximity to an airport, as this role will require travel

The anticipated base salary for this position is $55,000.00 USD to $70,000.00 USD annually. The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment.
