Job Description:

OSV provides innovative pay solutions for employers who use Workday and for their employees. In addition to a full suite of payroll and tax services, OSV also offers earned wage access/flexible pay, payroll card, and digital wallet.

The responsibilities for the Strategic Payments Customer Success Manager of Emerging Enterprise Customers (accounts of less than 500 eligible employees) using Wallet, Earned Wage Access and Payroll Card, include:

  • Seamless handoff from Services Readiness to Customer Success after go-live and hypercare
  • Development and execution of account management process, leveraging broad approach and efficiencies
  • Distribution of services adoption and usage information on a regular basis (monthly or quarterly) to customers
  • Communicating information regarding new services capabilities to customer administrators
  • Ensuring that customers receive technical support, as required
  • Maintaining strong customer satisfaction with strategic payment services.
  • Work with partners and OSV marketing to develop and execute ongoing marketing strategy for EWA within Emerging Enterprise accounts for:
  • Development of strategy and management of communications to drive adoption and usage
  • Dissemination of information to EWA administrators on marketing campaigns to their employee base
  • Tracking overall performance of EWA marketing campaigns in the Emerging Enterprise market

Required skills:

  • 4 years customer success/account management experience
  • Ability to develop processes for addressing a large number of small accounts using systems and automation
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Experience operating in a matrix business environment  
  • College degree preferred

Desired skills:

  • Marketing experience
  • Sales experience
  • Familiarity with Planhat, Salesforce, and Seismic
