What you will do
- Support customers as a technical resource on the Sysdig Platform, reporting to the Sr. Director of Customer Success.
- Build relationships with customer teams and technical users
- Help align Sysdig capabilities with customer use cases and goals
- Help with deployment, configuration, and operational best practices
- Participate in workshops to promote product adoption and usage
- Share customer feedback to inform product improvements
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Services to deliver a seamless customer experience
What you will bring with you
- 1+ years of experience with Kubernetes (on-prem or cloud)
- Knowledge of container image management and optimization
- Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, DevSecOps, or automation tools
- Basic scripting and API usage skills
- Experience solving problems with a desire to grow in troubleshooting complex systems
- Exposure to working with customers and project coordination
- Bonus: Understanding of Prometheus, time series metrics, or monitoring best practices
What we look for
- 2–4 years in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Support Engineer, DevOps, Junior TAM/CSE)
- Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and major cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Prometheus, PromQL, and container/cloud security practices
- One or more Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS)
- Consulting skills
- Collaborative technologists
- Bonus: Experience with Sysdig or Falco
- Fluent in English.

The U.S. annual salary range for this full-time position is between $117,000 and $153,300 USD/year USD/year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
