Design, build, and maintain full-stack cloud service labs that mirror customer architectures and gold standards. Integrate applications, networks, and cloud platforms; automate lab lifecycle, pipelines, and APIs; develop and run functional, regression, upgrade, stability, performance, and interoperability tests with automated test scripts; track and validate test results and produce validation reports.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Solution Architect team to join our team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining full-stack service labs, which includes integrating various cloud platforms and applications bases on customer gold standards. The architects design and implement end-to-end solution setups that follows customer architectures, ensuring seamless vertical and horizontal integration. Additionally, they will lead the execution of functional, regression, upgrade, stability, performance, and interoperability tests, developing automated test scripts to streamline the testing process.
Responsibilities- Design and maintain full-stack service labs, integrating applications, networks, and cloud platforms with customer gold standard configurations.
- Ensure vertical and horizontal integration across diverse cloud platforms and applications.
- Lead the execution of end-to-end test setups, matching NAM customer architectures and gold standards.
- Deploy and maintain automation infrastructure, including pipelines, tools, and scripts.
- Build and manage shared cloud lab environments, providing on-demand access to domains.
- Keep labs stable, secure, and user-friendly, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Automate lab creation, teardown, and maintenance processes, reducing manual effort.
- Utilize scripts, pipelines, and APIs to minimize manual work and enhance efficiency.
- Lead the development of test scripts for automated testing, improving test coverage and speed.
- Track test progress, resolve issues, and validate results against requirements, delivering comprehensive validation reports.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field or experience.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, or a similar field.
- Knowledge of K8s and openstack cloud platforms, networking, and Nokia Core and BA application integration.
- Experience with protocols like SIP, Diameter, and 5G standards.
- Experience with Nokia automation tools, pipelines, and scripting languages.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing end-to-end test strategies.
- Skills in understanding and addressing customer requirements effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
