A Customer Service Representative (CSR) acts as the primary link between a company and its customers, ensuring positive interactions and issue resolution. 
Inquiry Handling: Responding to customer questions via phone, email, or chat about products and services.
Problem Resolution: Investigating complaints, processing returns, and finding effective solutions to maintain satisfaction.
Transaction Processing: Taking orders, calculating charges, and managing billing or payment information.
CRM Documentation: Recording detailed notes of every customer contact and action taken in internal systems.
