We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and claimants, providing clear communication and timely support. The ideal candidate is organized, patient, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers and claimants with questions regarding claims and processes
• Record accurate information and update claim files in the system
• Communicate with adjusters, clients, and team members to ensure claims are processed efficiently
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with care
• Provide updates on claim status and escalate issues when needed
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers
• Perform general administrative support as required
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Experience in customer service, insurance, or administrative support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with computer-based work
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Dependable, self-motivated, and professional in all interactions
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in insurance or claims-related work
• Familiarity with claims management or CRM software
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus
