Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing and fulfillment activities from order entry to delivery
- Provide responsive and professional communication to customers regarding order status, delays, or issues
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints on time.
- Support billing processes and ensure accuracy in invoicing
- Collaborate with the accounting team to assist with accounts receivable follow-up
- Maintain accurate records and update order statuses in the ERP system
- Identify and escalate process improvements or operational challenges
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment and billing workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Self-motivated team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
