About the Role

At Sensi.AI, our Customer Onboarding Specialists bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and real-world application. In this role, you’ll lead the seamless integration of our AI solutions within the care ecosystem, bringing transformative change to seniors' lives. Your hands-on expertise will ensure training clients and driving ongoing engagement as well as a successful deployment, installing our product. With every installation and interaction, you’ll help our clients navigate the post-sale journey while building relationships that matter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present Sensi’s AI product and value proposition to clients and families during field visits.
  • Conduct on-site installations and training in seniors' homes, ensuring seamless deployment of devices and routers.
  • Manage client onboarding from post-sale to full integration, ensuring adoption and satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture relationships with B2B clients and referral partners, such as hospitals, care communities, and government agencies.
  • Gather and document client feedback to inform product development and customer experience improvements.
  • Collaborate internally across departments to deliver actionable insights that drive product and process improvements.

Requirements
  • Client Relationship Manager: You bring extensive experience of at least 3 years in client relationship management or sales and face-to-face training. You thrive in dynamic environments and can manage diverse client portfolios with ease. Your ability to build strong rapport with seniors and care providers is critical, ensuring product adoption and trust during home installations.
  • Proactive Communicator: You excel at translating complex ideas into clear, actionable concepts for non-technical users. This role demands a high level of autonomy, as you manage multiple deployments while remaining flexible and responsive to evolving schedules and priorities
  • Tech Savvy: Your capacity to lead on-site deployment and resolve challenges efficiently showcases your problem-solving abilities. You excel at identifying and addressing potential barriers to product adoption, fostering confidence among clients. Experience in the healthcare or home care industries is highly valuable, adding context and empathy to your interactions.
  • Travel and Adaptability: This role requires a high degree of mobility, with up to 60% travel expected. Flexibility and enthusiasm are key, as you will frequently work directly with clients across regions, ensuring our technology reaches those who need it most.
