The Onboarding Manager will be a critical strategic role focused on driving user success and empowering Orum users to unlock the full potential of our AI-driven live conversation platform.  


This role is ideal for experienced customer-facing professionals with 2+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or training enablement (potential career paths: Sales Engineering, Customer Success Management). The ideal candidate will combine technical platform knowledge with exceptional communication skills, ensuring that Orum users not only understand the platform's capabilities but are inspired to leverage them to accelerate their sales performance.


Salary: The base salary range is up to $100,000 OTE (80k base / 20k variable). If you’re selected, we’ll make an offer that matches the experience you’re coming with. We respect your time and don’t intend to waste it.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle

  • Conduct engaging group enablement sessions on Orum’s platform and best practices.

  • Develop deep expertise in Orum’s product suite and its integrations to become a trusted technical advisor for customers.

  • Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to ensure teams hit their ROI milestones

  • Develop resources (guides, videos, checklists) that help customers self-serve through technical hurdles.


Must Have:

  • Proven track record in cold calling

  • Availability to work during Eastern Time Zone business hours

  • Confident engaging with sales leadership to align Orum’s capabilities with their business objectives

  • Technical Fluency: Practical experience navigating common CRM or Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g. Salesloft, Hubspot, Outreach, Salesforce, Gong Engage, Apollo)

  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to command virtual group audiences

  • Operational Rigor: Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent onboardings without letting milestones slip.

Nice to have:

  • Orum Power User: Prior experience using Orum to scale pipeline.

  • Certifications with common CRM or Sales Engagement Platforms

  • Experience training or enabling users in a SaaS environment

  • Experience building "Help Center" style content or recorded training modules.
