We're seeking a Customer Marketing Specialist to help us build meaningful connections with our customers through programs that drive engagement, advocacy, and retention. You'll work alongside Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to create campaigns that showcase customer value and strengthen loyalty. What you'll do

  • Support the planning and execution of customer marketing programs that drive adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Build and manage customer advocacy initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, reference programs, and user groups
  • Plan and execute upsell and renewal campaigns to support revenue expansion goals
  • Coordinate with Customer Success and Sales to support communication strategies for onboarding, product adoption, and renewals
  • Help plan and execute customer events, webinars, and community engagement programs
  • Draft and produce content that highlights customer success stories and demonstrates the value of AbsenceSoft's platform
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of customer marketing programs, including KPIs such as adoption, retention, and advocacy
  • Support product launches and feature adoption campaigns targeted at existing customers


What you'll bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, customer marketing, communications, or a related role
  • Strong writing and content creation skills with the ability to translate customer experiences into clear, compelling content
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Experience working collaboratively across teams
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in helping clients succeed
  • Collaborative and proactive approach with the ability to build relationships across teams
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
