This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.  

All About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Customer Experience Senior Analyst to support our North American operations. This role focuses on optimizing container programs, item setup, and compliance processes to enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, SAP knowledge, and a collaborative mindset to drive efficiency and solve problems across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Container Direct program and liaise with global sourcing teams

  • Monitor and enforce Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and lead time compliance

  • Analyze and recommend solutions to minimize detention, demurrage, and diversion costs

  • Support item setup and data accuracy for new product listings

  • Investigate service failures, resolve fines or disputes, and ensure customer compliance

  • Generate and deliver reports on on-time delivery and other key performance metrics

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order execution or delivery issues

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 4+ years experience in sales operations, supply chain

  • Experience with SAP systems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
