Job Description:
As a Customer Education Manager, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering effective, engaging self-serve content that helps Pluralsight customers maximize the value of their subscriptions. You’ll create educational resources in multiple formats—including live, instructor-led training, written content, and video. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates across Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure our content meets customer needs and drives measurable outcomes.
This is a hands-on role focused on developing and executing impactful content programs. You’ll help customers learn how to use Pluralsight more effectively and contribute to improving customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

What you’ll do:
Develop and maintain educational content including written guides, how-to articles, and short videos to support customer self-service.
Support execution of webinar programming, including scheduling, content preparation, and follow-up.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to gather information and turn it into digestible learning materials.
Use customer insights, product data, and feedback to identify learning gaps and help improve content effectiveness.
Assist in tracking content performance through key metrics (e.g., engagement, support deflection, CSAT) and make recommendations for improvement.
Contribute to maintaining and evolving Customer Success playbooks and training materials.
Support the Customer Success and Marketing teams in promoting user groups, community initiatives, and key product launches.
Experience you’ll bring:
Experience creating customer-facing content (help center articles, video tutorials, webinar materials, etc.).
Strong project coordination and communication skills.
Familiarity with tools such as CMS platforms, webinar hosting platforms (e.g., Zoom), video recording tools, and basic analytics dashboards.
Ability to gather and interpret customer feedback and data to inform content strategy.
Experience with enterprise SaaS products or tech education platforms.
Knowledge of instructional design best practices.
Experience supporting customer communities or user groups.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, instructional design, or customer success.
This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Pay Transparency:
The annual US base salary range for this role is $81,400 - $113,100 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
