The Customer Analytics Intern will support the team by analyzing customer data to uncover insights that help improve customer experience, retention, and business performance. This role offers hands-on experience working with real data and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Summer Internship will start May 27th (Wednesday) and end on July 31st (Friday)
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater at time of application
- At time of application, you must be enrolled in an educational institution

- Analyze customer and performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Build and maintain basic reports and dashboards
- Assist with ad hoc analysis to support business and customer experience initiatives
- Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
- Present findings in a clear, easy-to-understand way for stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS...
- Currently pursuing a degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools a plus
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and work collaboratively
