Role Overview 

As a CTO Office Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical and product direction of our company by working with customers, prospects, and technical allies while collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering, Sales Engineering and Customer Success. Your work will directly impact product strategy, technical alliances, and high-value implementations. You will be responsible for designing solutions for complex deployments, influencing our roadmap with real-world market insights, and serving as a technical leader within the company. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Customer & Prospect Engagement: Work directly with our most complex enterprise customers and prospects to design scalable, secure, and efficient implementations. Guide customers through complex deployments and integrations, ensuring successful outcomes. 
  • Technical Pre-Sales & Solutioning: In collaboration with our Sales Engineering organization, act as a trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating deep technical expertise in integrating our product into enterprise IT and Security stacks. 
  • Product & Innovation Contribution: Partner with Product Management to feed market insights and customer pain points into the product roadmap, influencing future capabilities and ensuring our solutions remain industry-leading. 
  • Technical Alliance Leadership: Collaborate with strategic technology partners to develop joint solutions, integrations, and help align our better together stories with go-to-market initiatives that expand our ecosystem. 

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, security research, security consulting or sales engineering within SaaS security, data security, Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) 
  • Deep familiarity of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). Hands on experience with Identity Providers (Okta, Entra ID, etc.), IGA (Sailpoint, Saviynt, etc.) and/or PAM (Cyberark, Delinea, etc.) solutions. 
  • Proven ability to work with enterprise customers, designing and delivering highly scalable and secure implementations. 
  • Experience working with Product Management to influence product roadmaps based on customer and market feedback. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to executive and technical audiences. 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment, where adaptability and execution speed are critical.
