About this opportunity
We are seeking an ASP (Authorized Service Provider) Manager to oversee CNS services across the MEA region. You will manage relationships with external service providers who deliver network, telecom and infrastructure field services, ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality and cost-effective delivery. The role combines procurement oversight, vendor performance management, escalation handling and close collaboration with sourcing, operations and service-line teams.
What you will do
- Own ASP relationships and performance across the MEA region using clear governance, KPIs, audits and trend analysis.
- Validate ASP scopes during presales and lead technical evaluations and onboarding.
- Coordinate and schedule ASP field activities with operations and SL teams.
- Ensure contractual compliance, quality of delivery and adherence to EHS/OHS requirements.
- Manage escalations and disputes, working with sourcing and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Track ASP spend and enforce purchase-to-pay controls; run regular spending analysis and internal compliance checks.
- Lead corrective action plans, track progress and close gaps.
- Support supplier maturity programs, workshops and training with sourcing and service teams.
- Drive third-party pricing models and cost-improvement initiatives in partnership with sourcing and operations.
- Make fact-based decisions and act quickly to influence internal and external stakeholders.
You will bring
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Minimum 7 years' professional experience, including at least 5 years in CNS/Cognitive Software Services.
- Hands-on experience with managed services field delivery, network infrastructure and field operations.
- Experience with drive test solutions (legacy and cloud-based) is preferred.
- Strong vendor management, procurement or sourcing experience; certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are a plus.
- Proven financial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Practical knowledge of EHS/OHS requirements and field workforce safety.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational, cross-cultural environment and manage priorities under pressure.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
