What you'll do here:

  • As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, you will lead experimentation and optimization initiatives that enhance our digital storefront and lead capture experience

  • Driving measurable increases in conversion rates. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, design, analytics, and engineering to

  • Identify opportunities, test solutions, and implement enhancements that maximize revenue and reduce funnel leakage across both e-commerce and lead based transactions.  

Key Responsibilities:

Experimentation Strategy & Roadmap

  • Identify and define high-impact opportunities for A/B and multivariate testing through qualitative research and quantitative analysis.

  • Develop and manage a CRO roadmap, aligning with the product management organization’s priorities and long-term vision for the digital storefront and lead

  • capture experience.

  • Own and prioritize the CRO backlog, ensuring enhancements, integrations, and new features are sequenced for maximum impact.   

UX & Design Collaboration

  • Partner with design and research teams to ideate, test, and refine features that improve the prospective learner journey across both purchase and lead generation flows.

  • Leverage user feedback and behavioral data to recommend and execute design iterations that increase engagement and conversions.  

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Partner with analytics teams to gather insights, define success metrics, and measure the business impact of CRO initiatives.

  • Communicate results and recommendations through clear, data-driven storytelling that influences cross-functional stakeholders.  

Business Alignment & Cross-Functional Execution

  • Align CRO efforts with business and revenue goals, coordinating closely with marketing, product, and technical teams within the product operating model.

  • Ensure experiments are launched and completed on schedule, with proper tracking and measurement in place.  

End-to-End Experiment Management

  • Lead the full lifecycle of CRO experiments from hypothesis creation through test design, implementation, monitoring, and results analysis.

  • Maintain a continuous pipeline of testing opportunities, incorporating learnings into future iterations to drive sustained performance gains.  

Skills you will need here:

  • 2+ years of experience in conversion optimization, product experimentation, or ecommerce product management.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google

  • Optimize, Adobe Target).

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting test results and user behavior (e.g., via GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar).

  • Familiarity with Agile processes and tools like Jira and Confluence.

  • Clear, concise communication and presentation skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tests at once.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
