JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Resp: Undertakes detailed analysis of data and mining for insights and employs modeling techniques that offer actionable marketing benefits informing the organization's or client's strategy | Integrates data analysis and models into commercial systems which support marketing and product management/development decision making | Develops new analysis methodologies and influences design of technologies supporting future analytical capabilities. KSAs: A seasoned experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways.Fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position. Broad application of principles, theories and concepts in applicable discipline, plus working knowledge of other related fields.Provides resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met. Contributes to the development of organization’s goals and objectives. Failure to obtain results or erroneous judgments or recommendations would normally have serious results and may require substantial expenditure of resources to correct and/or achieve project goals. Frequent intra-organizational and with outside customer contacts. Represents the organization on projects and may perform in project leadership role and/or may supervise the activities of lower level personnel (exempt professional and non-exempt). Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. University Degree /Diploma and 4-6 years. May have Master’s / Graduate Degree and 2-4 years. Doctorate’s /Post-Graduate Degree and 0-2 years.
