We are seeking a CRM Operations Developer to join our dynamic CRM team. Your main focus will be on managing existing campaigns, launching new tests, and optimizing campaign set up. You will work closely with product owners, analytics and engineers to support campaign efforts.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the execution of CRM campaigns, from coding and launching emails to troubleshooting app and campaign-related issues
- Manage and optimize API integrations owned by the Operations team
- Define campaign requirements with Product Owners, ensuring that specifications align with business objectives
- Document campaign setup processes to ensure knowledge sharing and consistent workflows
- Optimize and troubleshoot email campaign setups to improve performance and customer engagement
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) of campaign performance and resolve bugs impacting email delivery or customer experience
- Subject matter expert on both Braze and Cordial platforms, attending CRM Scrum and Sprint Planning meetings to stay aligned with agile processes

What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years related experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms, and a strong understanding of API integrations
- Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in email and app-related issues
- Solid experience in coding and launching email campaigns, with an ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, including sprint planning and participating in agile ceremonies
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with Product Owners to define requirements and priorities
- Experience in optimizing and debugging CRM campaigns to deliver high-impact results
- In-depth subject matter expertise in Cordial and Braze platforms
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
- Ability to attend CRM Scrum Meetings, Sprint Planning, and other agile ceremonies as part of an agile scrum team
