THE ROLE
We’re looking for a CRM Coordinator who will play an essential role on Thrive Market’s CRM (Customer Relationship Marketing) Team.
This person will be crucial in the operational success of the team, supporting efforts across the email, push and SMS channels. This role requires a hard working, organized, and highly detailed individual that works exceptionally well with multiple stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and execute on campaigns in CRM channels (email, mobile push, SMS)
- Code emails within HTML templates (Sailthru)
- Execute push (Sailthru) and SMS (Attentive) campaigns
- Facilitate the campaign production pipeline: HTML coding, campaign setup, and deployment of marketing emails on an ESP platform for all audience segments
- Assist in creating and maintaining lifecycle/automation workflows
- Create and maintain audience lists
- Proofing and QA of campaigns to ensure flawless execution
- Track and analyze campaign performance
- Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize messaging and engagement
- Support the team with ad-hoc requests as needed
- Support cross functional departments with various CRM related needs
- Maintain knowledge of best practices, tools, and industry trends
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 year(s) experience with email marketing and email production
- 1-3 year(s) experience with HTML in an ESP platform (Sailthru experience is required)
- Ability to maintain a constant flow of requests in a somewhat repetitive manner
- Sharp attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively execute multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface effectively with other departments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
