We are seeking a hands-on CRM & CDP Specialist to join our team and collaborate with one of our clients, a global leader in developing and distributing brands across over 150 countries and territories, with products available through thousands of retail distributors worldwide. As a CRM & CDP Specialist, you will bridge the gap between our data, marketing, and product teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing CRM strategies that leverage Customer Data Platform (CDP) data and Braze to help our client in the mission to deliver personalized and impactful customer journeys.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and client teams, bringing both technical acumen and business understanding to support CRM initiatives across channels.


Responsibilities
  • Consult and advise clients and internal stakeholders on leveraging CRM technologies and data to address business challenges;
  • Perform SQL-based data analysis to support segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization;
  • Deliver high-quality CRM solutions, applying best practices aligned with CDP standards and Braze engagement strategies;
  • Participate in client workshops and discovery sessions to analyze needs and design CRM workstreams and campaigns;
  • Translate business needs into actionable CRM technical requirements, ensuring alignment between marketing, product, and engineering teams;
  • Write clear and detailed functional specifications, collaborating with CDP engineering and marketing stakeholders;
  • Prototype, develop, and test In-Browser Message campaigns using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and brand consistency;
  • Support marketing teams in leveraging consumer attributes for outbound activities and dynamic personalization;
  • Collaborate with email agencies and brand teams to ensure accurate campaign execution and reporting.



Requirements
  • Strong SQL skills, with proven experience in data analysis, targeting, and segmentation;
  • Experience with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, etc.);
  • Solid understanding of CDP architecture and CRM workflows;
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for campaign customization and development;
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into structured, technical deliverables;
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with a track record of working across cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and engineering;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Advanced English (daily interaction with international clients and stakeholders).

Desirables
  • Knowledge of Python for data manipulation or automation;
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Services or cloud-based data ecosystems;
  • Experience with Braze SDK customization, API integrations, or advanced personalization strategies.
