In this role, you will:
- Participate in building and maintaining effective relationships with existing clients within their products or functional area, including sharing relevant information with coverage partners and senior peers
- Review basic or tactical issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-risk tasks and deliverables
- Participate or provide support to review and analyze low complexity client portfolios and collateral analysis for use in periodic reviews as well as interim underwriting memoranda
- Partner with senior peers within the context of individual deals and client relationships to develop inquiries or identify gaps to support the understanding of clients' businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions to identify and execute on opportunities for modifications, renewals, and refinancings
- Participate or provide information for regular portfolio reviews to manage risk and resolve problem loans, where applicable
- Receive direction from leaders or senior peers to resolve low complexity situations while developing a sound understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet business objectives
- Provide information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers if applicable
- Partner with product management functional partners to provide feedback on the use of tools to deliver credit solutions more effectively, meeting client and market needs
- Contribute to functional area planning related to a given product
- Participate in client-related or ad-hoc projects
- 6+ months of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, economics, finance or related field
- 6+ months of secured or specialized lending experience
- Relationship and Portfolio management experience
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a small team setting, where all individuals support and cover the work for each other.
- Demonstrate an ability to learn and understand policies, procedures, and compliance related to the management of collateral on customer accounts.
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
- Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
