Title: Credentialing Operations Specialist (Entry Level)

Role Summary: We're looking for a contractor to join our credentialing operations team, managing credentialing for physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs). No experience needed—we'll train you on the process and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of providers moving through credentialing and payer enrollment.
  • Collect provider documents and confirm core details: board certification, state licenses, DEA/NPI, education and work history, and malpractice coverage.
  • Run and monitor primary source verification (state boards, DEA, NPI, NPDB, medical schools) and resolve discrepancies.
  • Submit and track payer enrollment applications (CAQH, PECOS).
  • Follow up with providers, boards, and payers on missing items.
  • Keep credentialing status current in our system.
  • Monitor license expirations and re-credentialing deadlines.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Self-motivated and reliable.

Compensation & Terms:

  • Contract, 40 hours/week, U.S. business hours (9am–5pm EST required).
