A bit about the role:
Cantina is redefining the concept of influencers by leveraging AI-driven Botfluencers, and we need your help to scale this innovative program. As a Creator Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Botfluencer Program, a unique initiative that creates and manages high-performing, bot-led social accounts. This program is transforming influencer marketing by empowering creators to build and optimize AI-driven accounts that drive engagement and performance at scale.
What is the Botfluencer Program?
The Botfluencer Program is an innovative initiative designed to scale high-performing, bot-led social media accounts that engage users and create impactful content. By automating content creation and optimization, we aim to drive greater reach and engagement through AI-driven influencers. Creators involved in this program build, manage, and optimize bot accounts to generate compelling content and drive measurable results in the social media landscape.
A bit about the work:
Creator Onboarding & Support: Assist in onboarding new creators, ensuring they are set up with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in the Botfluencer Program.
Troubleshoot Account Issues: Help creators resolve login and 2FA issues to ensure seamless access to their accounts.
Content Review & Optimization: Review daily content, ensuring it aligns with program guidelines and is optimized for audience engagement.
Track Performance & Rewards: Monitor and track content performance to ensure creators are rewarded based on performance.
Program Communications: Create and send onboarding emails, program updates, and performance reports, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Bot-Building Support: Provide creators with assistance in optimizing their bots for improved content creation and performance.
A bit about you:

A passion for social media, content creation, and digital innovation.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus: previous experience in social media management or community engagement.

6 week internship, with a possibility for extension, upon 5 week evaluation
