Builds strong client partnerships on behalf of the creative team, developing innovative, high-level campaign strategies that connect with the right audience and support the brand goals of the organization's largest clients. Focuses on leading client creative strategy and oversees the execution of comprehensive creative solutions. Confident in storytelling, skilled in presenting creative ideas and strategies to clients and partners and driving revenue by clearly communicating the value of creative.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
1. High-Level Client Strategy: Consistently leads high-volume, omni-channel client campaigns for the organization's largest accounts and cross-market opportunities, utilizing best-in-class brand positioning and marketing strategies. Focuses on market research, brainstorming, conceptualizing, and directing overall strategy.
2. Exceptional Client Management: Demonstrates exceptional client management skills by leading dynamic creative discovery and presentation meetings with the organization's largest clients, utilizing excellent listening and relationship-building skills.
3. Strategic Oversight: Exemplifies the highest standard of marketing strategy, ensuring that creative design execution aligns with varying budgets and turnaround times. Oversees the strategic direction with internal and external partners.
4. Brand Representation: Professionally represents the agency's brand and the larger organization's brand in all capacities and on behalf of their manager as necessary.
5. Budget and Timeline Management: Develops budgets proportional to media spend, sets realistic timeline expectations, and ensures strategic alignment for the largest revenue-generating opportunities.
6. Collaboration with Business Partners: Collaborates with and/or leads business partners to identify, develop, and close the largest prospect opportunities. Competes for AOR-level business, government contracts, and additional revenue opportunities by leveraging strategic expertise.
7. Adoption of New Technologies: Leads by example in adopting and implementing new technologies, software, and processes (e.g., software, A.I. applications)
8. Business Acumen: Demonstrates strong business acumen by selling the value of strategic creative solutions and is a leader in creative revenue and margin goals.
9. Vendor Management: Identifies and hires vendors with exceptional understanding of visual storytelling through various creative mediums. Relies on vendor partners to execute the best outcomes within budget for each project.
