• Stay curious about new tools, formats and technologies, and share useful approaches with the team.

### Project and Campaign Management

• Coordinate the creative process from brief and ideation through development, production and delivery.

• Manage multiple projects at once, keeping timelines, milestones, deliverables and approvals on track.

• Work closely with Sales and internal teams to clarify requirements, share progress, gather feedback and resolve issues.

• Coordinate with content, production, implementation and other relevant teams to ensure ideas are practical and deliverable.

• Monitor campaign requirements, resources and budgets, escalating risks or changes early.

• Check that proposals and deliverables are clear, complete and ready for presentation or execution.

### Collaboration and Commercial Development

• Build effective working relationships with Sales, Marketing, Content, Production and other internal teams.

• Work with external agencies, freelancers and vendors when required, ensuring they understand the brief, timelines and budget.

• Identify new monetisation opportunities by applying emerging content and audience trends, extending the value of existing assets, and exploring relevant partnerships.

• Contribute to post-campaign reviews, capturing learnings and identifying ways to improve future solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

## Job Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Creative Industries, Business or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.

• Experience in media, advertising, marketing, public relations, broadcasting or a related creative environment is an advantage.

• Strong communication, writing and presentation skills. Strong proficiency in English and Chinese.

• Creative and strategic thinker, able to turn a brief into clear, relevant and practical ideas.
