Our Company:

LendingTree was founded in 1996 by CEO Doug Lebda to help people comparison shop and get a great deal on the single biggest transaction of their lives: their mortgage. Since then, we’ve facilitated over 65 million loan requests, while becoming a household name (our brand recognition rivals Bank of America and Wells Fargo).  Today we do much more than mortgages. We are the #1 online marketplace in the US for consumers to comparison shop for mortgages, personal loans, credit cards, student loans, auto loans and insurance. We have established relationships with millions of customers who engage with us through our My LendingTree portal, giving them access to free credit scores and money saving alerts. We are on a mission to help consumers save money and better their lives.
We’re publicly traded (TREE), we’re financially sound and we’re in the top 10 of Fortune’s 100 Fastest Growing Companies. If you’re looking for an opportunity with a dynamic company that is fanatically pro-consumer and that champions your entrepreneurial spirit, then you’ve come to the right place!

The Position:

We’re seeking a Creative Project Coordinator to act as the linchpin between our creative and marketing teams. This role ensures that projects run smoothly, stakeholders stay aligned, and deadlines are consistently met. Think of this role as the engine that keeps the car running: driving organization, efficiency, and accountability throughout every stage of the process.

This role is an exceptional fit for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and enjoys connecting the dots between creativity and strategy. You’ll have the unique opportunity to help talented teams stay focused, streamline processes, and deliver great work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of creative and marketing projects from start to finish
  • Manage multiple workstreams for marketing, video and SEO design teams
  • Help manage video talent contracts, coordinate video shoot schedules and secure appropriate shoot locations if needed
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to identify and align on key priorities
  • Balance marketing priorities with available creative resources
  • Communicate clearly with both creative and marketing teams to ensure accountability and understanding of project requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for questions, updates, and any blockers that arise during project execution
  • Structure and facilitate meetings, such as ticket grooming and prioritization meetings, and ensure all parties leave with actionable next steps
  • Support task assignments and workflow optimization while helping teams stay focused and aligned
  • Suggest tools, tactics, or strategies to improve workflow efficiency across teams

 Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in project management, coordination, or similar roles
  • Stellar organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Is detail-oriented and organized
  • Can work in a fast-paced team environment and juggle multiple projects at once
  • Can understand business objectives and prioritize work accordingly
  • Proficiency in Jira or other project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Incorporates feedback from a diverse set of stakeholders with professionalism and flexibility and prioritizes a collaborative design process
  • Creative or marketing background is a plus
  • Experience with video pre-production is a plus

Our Culture:

Our clothes are casual and relaxed, and our work ethic is highly professional. It is our culture for each team member to challenge the status quo, express their opinions, and to stand up, ask for the ball and run with it to meet our aggressive goals. We also have a lot of fun together! We’re always looking for the best, brightest, high energy, results-driven Rock Stars to join our team. We reward innovation, creativity and the ability to just GET STUFF DONE.
