WHY WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE
As a Creative Production Artist on the Digital Customer Experience (DCE) team, you will be working under the Creative Production Lead on one of the biggest brands on the planet. You will be translating creative strategy into pixel perfect deliverables seen by millions of people.
You're quick to understand process and workflow across multiple platforms and teams. With an understanding of atomic design systems, your meticulous eye for detail will help create consistency across many layouts. Your ability to take a key visual and apply it to multiple elements will aid the team in achieving creative excellence across a suite of deliverables. In addition to these qualities, you possess a sincere curiosity for effective creative solutions and can identify opportunities proactively.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
Under the guidance of the Creative Director and Creative Production Lead, you will work with cross-functional teams creating pixel perfect layouts for delivery within a bespoke production platform.
- Ensure layouts received from creatives meet specs and pixel perfection for delivery within our production environment
- Update assets in digital libraries while being sure organization is maintained
- Deliver assets to teams and vendors in a timely manner
- Implement a key design/layout consistently across multiple pieces
- Balance multiple jobs and projects daily, meeting fast-paced timelines and expectations
- Continuously evolve knowledge and skills around creative applications in a proactive manner
- Log bugs, defects and enhancement ideas for new production platform
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- 3+ years working as a production artist (in print, digital, social, web etc.)
- Experience in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Zeplin and Airtable are a plus!
- Have critical attention to detail while not missing the big picture
- Work within accessibility standards
- High degree of organization and a love of process
- Demonstratable understanding of digital/atomic design systems
Starting salary between $65,000-$75,000
