About the Job: 

Comfrt’s Senior Creative Performance Strategist is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, AI, and performance. This individual ensures that all creative output is engaging, innovative, and optimized for measurable marketing performance. 

 

You will bridge creative strategy and execution, using data and insights as well as emerging tools and AI to scale performance assets that deliver ROAS at scale.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end creative strategies for high-performing direct-response ads, from initial concept to execution across different personas, objectives and platforms (AppLovin, Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest).
  • Shape messaging and creative strategy for new products and funnel assets from awareness to conversion.
  • Conduct comprehensive market, consumer, and competitor research, using data to generate insights to inform creative direction and asset production.
  • Explore and implement AI tools to augment human creativity, accelerate content production, and enable hyper-personalization at scale
  • Lead strategic conversations and brainstorm sessions to develop briefs that support core/AIS hero products, product launches, promotions, brand collabs. 
  • Collaborate with designers and the marketing to create workflows that bring ideas to life and scale assets with velocity and volume, testing, iterating 
  • Implement measurement solutions to monitor and evaluate performance data (engagement, conversion, CTR, CPA, ROAS)  and inform creative iterations and improve test and learn approach
  • Building out the paid performance AI-driven hub at Comfrt.
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, creative direction, and performance marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns that scaled across platforms
  • Experience with AI tools, marketing technology, analytics platforms, and social media insights
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • A self-starter with the ability to work quickly and solve problems cross-functionally
  • Fluent in advertising fundamentals, with a clear understanding of how creative storytelling meets performance
  • eCommerce high growth experience preferred
  • A sense of curiosity and what is driving impact for high growth DTC brands

This role is open to remote candidates in multiple U.S. states. The salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
